COVID-19 Customer Update
As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, Sierra Restoration is making the health and safety of our employees, clients, and community our top priority. As a home service provider, we know how important it is that the people you let into your home are healthy and have taken extra precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Included below are a few of the steps we are taking:
Within our office, we are following all recommendations from the Center for Disease Control as well as state and local authorities. As an essential business providing emergency services, we are still available to our customers, 24/7.
Hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap, and disinfecting wipes are available for all our employees to use. Enhanced cleaning protocols are also in use in our office, vehicles, and all equipment.
Any employees who are ill or who have been in contact with someone who is sick or have tested positive for COVID-19 will follow quarantine guidelines outlined by the state. We are also monitoring any symptoms of our employees, and anyone with a fever or exhibiting signs of respiratory illness will not be allowed to work. As guidelines change and evolve, we will follow all new protocols.
When we need to enter your home, personal protective equipment will be worn at all times, and we will ask the following questions:
- Has anyone in the home been exposed to an individual diagnosed with COVID-19?
- Is anyone in the home showing signs of illness including:
? A fever greater than 100 degrees;
? Cough; and/or
? Shortness of breath. - Are there any individuals considered high risk in the home?
These questions are both for the safety of our employees as well as the health of our customers. We will make every reasonable accommodation to ensure you are comfortable with us in your home as necessary.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our policies and procedures. If you do experience property damage during this time, do not hesitate to call us immediately!
